Returns Policy

  • 30-Day Return Window – Return your Pizza Oven within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
  • Condition – Items must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories, labels, and manuals included.
  • Process – Initiate a return by contacting our support team via email or phone, providing your order number and reason for return.
  • Refunds – Once received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please note: shipping costs are non-refundable.

Warranty Coverage

All Pizza Ovens purchased from OONIKODA come with a limited warranty, depending on the model, effective from the date of purchase (2026-05-25).

This warranty protects against:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship
  • Faulty heating elements, temperature controls, or structural components
  • Issues related to manufacturing, including door seals and insulation integrity

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear such as surface discoloration, minor scratches, or fading
